A Complete AR-15 Buffer Kit With an Enhanced Tube Design The AR15 Enhanced Carbine Buffer Kit with your choice of Heavy Buffer is the perfect option when you're aiming to dial in the operation of your rifle build. This kit highlights our Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube that delivers features that increase the reliability, security, and simplicity of your build. Heavy buffers are traditionally selected when you are trying to slow the down the movement of the BCG under recoil. Common situations to use a heavy buffer include over-gassed barrels, or when you are assembling an AR pistol or short-barreled configuration. If this is not the case, you may want to take a look at our Enhanced Carbine Buffer Kit with a standard Carbine Buffer. Carrier Support Extensions - Fully supports and guides the bolt carrier group into the buffer tube after a round is fired, preventing carrier tilt and unnecessary wear on key components. The Carrier Support Extensions also extend on either side of the buffer retaining pin, securing the pin in place while simultaneously preventing the buffer tube from backing out under recoil. Position Guide Drain Holes - Each position guide features a drainage hole that removes water from the system in marine environments. During routine operation, smoother cycling is achieved by allowing additional air to escape during the compression cycle of the rifle. Ramped Tube Design - Allows for effortless installation of traditional carbine stocks. We have removed the need for messing around with screwdrivers to get your furniture over the end of the buffer tube. Simply hold down the adjustment piece and push your stock onto the Enhanced Buffer Tube. Proper Thread Depth - Traditional buffer tubes feature extended unused threads that can cause your stock to become trapped when fully collapsed. While some turn these threads down, we've correctly machined the threads to the proper depth, providing a much cleaner look. Mil-spec Dimensions - Machined from a 7075-T6 Aluminum Impact Extrusion to mil-spec dimensions. All standard carbine stock options made to work with mil-spec buffer tube dimensions are compatible with our Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube. A .308 AR Carbine Buffer Kit Complete With an Enhanced Tube Aero Precision took all of the elements from its Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube design and wrapped it into a kit that's perfect for finishing up your AR .308 build. In addition to the revolutionary design of the company's new buffer tube, this AR .308 Enhanced Carbine Buffer Kit comes with a .308-compatible buffer, buffer spring, endplate and lock nut. The Aero Precision AR Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube features a few special highlights designed to improve your gun's functionality. Aero Precision first added Carrier Support Extensions into the tube, which are designed to guide the bolt-carrier group into the tube after a round is fired. This prevents carrier tilt and minimizes wear on key components, ensuring that your gun lasts longer. The support extensions also secure the buffer retaining pin into place and also ensures that the buffer tube won't back out under heavy recoil. Also found on the Aero Precision Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube are Position Guide Drain Holes, which are designed to quickly remove water from your gun's operating system if you're hunting or shooting in waterlogged environments. In dry shooting conditions, the holes also allow air to escape during the compression cycle of the buffer, leading to improved reliability. Other features found on the Aero Precision Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube include a ramped tube design, which allows for easier installation of standard carbine buttstocks. The tubes are guaranteed to have the correct thread depth, so your stock won't become stuck on exposed threads when collapsed.

Our .223 Wylde barrels have been HP/MPI tested and are machined from 416 Stainless Steel. The barrels feature Nickel Boron coated M4 feed ramp extensions and have a bead blasted finish. The .223 Wylde chambering allows the shooter to choose either 5.56 NATO or .223 Rem cartridges much like a barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. However, with the tighter chamber tolerances of the .223 Wylde chamber, you maximize the performance of either round giving you the best of both worlds in terms of versatility and accuracy. This barrel features some of the most aggressive and weight reducing flutes on the market. Coming in at a total weight of 27 oz. We've managed to cut almost a pound out of the barrel all while not sacrificing one ounce of accuracy!
