Our .223 Wylde barrels have been HP/MPI tested and are machined from 416 Stainless Steel. The barrels feature Nickel Boron coated M4 feed ramp extensions and have a bead blasted finish. The .223 Wylde chambering allows the shooter to choose either 5.56 NATO or .223 Rem cartridges much like a barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. However, with the tighter chamber tolerances of the .223 Wylde chamber, you maximize the performance of either round giving you the best of both worlds in terms of versatility and accuracy.
This barrel features some of the most aggressive and weight reducing flutes on the market. Coming in at a total weight of 27 oz. We've managed to cut almost a pound out of the barrel all while not sacrificing one ounce of accuracy!
